Our service has a national delivery network. We have specialised partners for the delivery of coffee and coffee machines. Our coffee machines are very easy to use, you just need to plug them in and fill the tank with water. Although you will always have the support of our Eden coffee team for everything you need.
The maintenance of our capsule coffee machines is very basic, they only require you to fill the water tank and empty your capsule drawer when needed. Nevertheless, you have our Eden technical service staff that will substitute your coffee maker for another one if it breaks. In the customer area of MyEden you will also find some maintenance advice.
As an Eden customer you will always have our team at your disposal. We propose various communication channels such as email and telephone, but also 24h access to your MyEden customer area.
